If you wish to pursue the promotional 0% fee offer there are some conditions:
The property being sold/let must be within the HP4 postcode area.
The property will be listed from our Berkhamsted office.
You must instruct Sterling to sell your home within 7 days of the valuation appointment.
You must have a sold or for sale/ for let board erected at the property.
Sterling reserve the right to organise the sale by tender and assist the buyer with the sale process once an offer has been accepted.
If you agree to sell the property within our sole selling rights period by any means other than to a buyer introduced via Sterling Estate Agents we reserve the right to charge a fee of 1% plus VAT.

For rental properties the 0% fee promotion only extends to the first six management charges and not any set up charges.
