When we went into Sterling, following a call the previous day, we saw Charlotte and explained what we were looking for. She quickly identified the property, confirmed it with her Manager, and arranged for us to view later in the day. When viewing she was very clear about the process that is followed by Sterling and suggested we took time to think and advised us when she was available for us to call her. We called her and made an offer which she undertook to put to the vendors. Later in that same day she called us to say the offer had been accepted and took all the relevant details. We received the Memorandum of sale the following day.
The following week we called Sterling to arrange to view the property to firm up on room sizes etc. When she met us she was once again very clear and explained fully the situation with the vendors and the situation with everything in the property. She did not rush us in any way and was very helpful. One of the very good things about Charlotte is that she is very positive about the Company she works for, thoroughly professional and extremely knowledgeable, which means she is able to answer questions without delay. Her attitude gives us great confidence in buying from Sterling!
