Having viewed many houses over a wide area, and through various different agents I would highly recommend Sophie at Sterling. Her very pleasant and accommodating approach was a huge positive. We viewed around 6 properties through Sophie, most of them at her recommendation following us explaining what particular things we were looking for. Sophie very quickly identified what our needs were and took a very relaxed stance during viewings. As a surveyor I know property well and it never ceases to amaze me the amount of ‘agent chat’ that one receives when looking at a house. Often much of this can be factually inaccurate, things like, ‘east facing gardens are great, they get the sun all day’.

Sophie was without a doubt a breathe of fresh air, providing honest and constructive feedback on properties.
