Commenting on the accolade Benjamin James Bird, company partner comments: 'The first two quarters of 2013 were still relatively difficult market conditions as there remained uncertainty in the economic climate, but with our mature and experienced staff we ensured that we remained 100% committed to providing excellent customer service to our clients. The second half of the year really picked up and this has continued through to the first quarter of 2014. I was really please to see that all of our branches received positive comments about our sales, letting and property management services and despite some very complex and difficult sales, we still managed to keep all clients informed of any problems and progress.
