Sterling Estate Agents are delighted to announce the appointment of two key members of the team.

Mark Copperwheat & Tom Jump were headhunted and handpicked to join the most successful estate agent in Dacorum as we plan for further expansion in 2014.

Mark, on the left hand side of the picture joins Sterling with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Mark is Hertfordshire born and bred so knows the area like the back of his hand. Having worked with two leading estate agents in Hertfordshire Mark was tracked for quite some time by Sterling and was delighted to be approached. Mark comments:

'When Sterling initially approached me I was delighted since I was well aware of their presence in the housing market throughout Herts, Beds and Bucks and watched as they grew from just one office to three over the last decade. Having the chance to work with an agent with a reputation for being the market leaders and absolute innovators of estate agency is very exciting.'

Tom, who worked with Mark previously also joins the team and over the last couple of years has constantly been the top performer in his office and is excited at the chance to continuing his relationship in a forward thinking agency like Sterling. Tom says:

'When Mark told me of his approach to Sterling I was excited for Mark on the one hand, but disappointed on the other to lose a colleague that I knew had excellent communication skills and a very honest and straight forward approach which our landlords and vendors liked.
