Sterling are delighted to announce their latest team members to the sales department. From left to right:
Simon Etson has joined as a full time sales negotiator to support our newest office in Kings Langley. Simon has many years of experience in the housing industry, Simon comments: ' I was delighted to be awarded the position at Sterling, I have always wanted to work with a market leading estate agent and I am confident Sterling will provide me the chance to be the best sales negotiator in the area.,

John Jones joins the Hemel Hempstead office and comes to Sterling with a number of years experience in selling and letting houses in the local area . John says: 'When I saw that Sterling were recruiting for sales negotiators I was really keen to secure a position. Having worked locally for a number of years I have seen the Hemel office open and grown into one of the main estate agents in Hemel Hempstead.

Elliot Saidi joins the office in Tring. Elliot is new to estate agency but his enthusiasm and confidence means he is certainly one to watch, Elliot comments: 'When I was considering my next job move I wanted to join a company who rewards their staff for hard work and can offer more than just a job, I was looking for a career. Sterling have a strong ethos towards promotion from within and spend a lot of time investing in training and development which is one of the reasons why we continue to be a market leading estate agent.'

Sophie Galsworthy joins the Tring branch, previuosly Sophie is really excited to use her considerable experience of sales and negotiation to help buyers and tenants find suitable properties. Sophie says: 'I have always wanted to work in the estate agency sector and was delighted to be offered a chance to shine with such a reputable estate agency as Sterling. Andrew Melrose joins Sterling in Tring with considerable experience of the local area having lived atound the local area all his working like. He says: 'When I had the opportunity of a career change I was certain that Estate Agency was high on the agenda. I was absolutely delighted to be selected over hundreds of other applicants to secure the position with Sterling.
