New Homes Sales Consultant Full Time – Buckinghamshire & Hertfordshire.

Competitive Basic Salary - Uncapped Commission - Career Progression 

With a multitude of new homes sites coming up we now need a dedicated new homes sales consultant with a minimum of one years’ experience specifically in the new homes arena. Based initially on a site of 35 mid to high end units in Buckinghamshire in early 2018 this is an excellent chance for a candidate seeking genuine career progression.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer enquiries and utilising a variety of marketing material from brochures through to interactive digital displays, to present our client’s new homes developments.
  • Build confidence with potential home buyers with a view to securing reservations on our client’s new homes.
  • Create and manage a database of customer enquiries.
  • Manage the sales process from securing reservations through to exchange of contracts and completion.
  • Work with our clients and Sterling management team to implement marketing initiatives for client’s developments.

 

About you:

  • New homes experience essential.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Customer focused with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Computer proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Hours:  Saturdays & Sundays 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Mondays 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m, Thursdays 9.30am to 5.30pm and Fridays 09.30am to 5.30 pm (Tuesdays and Wednesdays off)

Senior Sales Negotiators

Competitive Basic Salary - Uncapped Commission - Career Progression£40,000

Working for one of the areas most established estate and lettings agent, dealing with a variety of properties ranging from circa £300,000 to £3.5 million with uncapped earning potential.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer enquiries both from walk in’s, telephone and from online leads.
  • Build confidence with potential home sellers with a view to securing the valuation on their own property.
  • Create and manage a database of customer enquiries and be able to think outside of the box to match people to property and vice versa.
  • Giving sellers regular updates and first class customer service.
  • Viewing properties with suitable buyers and offering alternatives.
  • Work with our clients and Sterling management team to implement marketing initiatives for client’s properties.

 

About you:

  • Min 2 years estate agency experience essential.
  • You will own your own car with full UK driving licence.
  • You will live no more than 10 miles from Berkhamsted.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Customer focused with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Computer proficient with Microsoft Office products and a quick capacity to learn new software systems.
  • Hours:  Saturdays 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Mondays 8.45 a.m. to 6.00 p.m, Wednesdays 08.45 am to 6.00pm Thursdays 9.30am to 5.30pm and Fridays 09.30am to 5.30 pm (Tuesdays and Sundays off)

Working out of our Flagship Tring office you would be joining a lettings agent with one of the largest portfolios in the area.  We deal with all nature of property from studio flats to country estates, but pride ourselves on giving all landlords first class customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer enquiries both from walk in’s, telephone and from online leads.
  • Build confidence with potential landlords with a view to securing the valuation on their own property.
  • Create and manage a database of tenant enquiries and be able to think outside of the box to match people to property and vice versa.
  • Giving landlords regular updates and first class customer service and great administrative attention to detail.
  • Viewing properties with suitable tenants and offering alternatives.
  • Work with our clients and Sterling management team to implement marketing initiatives for our landlords properties.

 

About you:

  • No estate agency experience required – full training given.
  • You will own your own car with full UK driving licence.
  • You will live no more than 10 miles from Tring.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Customer focused with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Computer proficient with Microsoft Office products and a quick capacity to learn new software systems.
