Complaints Procedure

Formal Complaints Procedure

With any complaint we attempt to resolve the issue there and then, if this is not possible the following procedure needs to apply;

1 Write formally to The Partner Sterling Estate Agents detailing your complaint along with dates and names of the Sterling member of staff you have been dealing with as applicable.

2 On receipt of your complaint we will investigate and confirm back our findings in writing within 14 days. If we are not able to fully investigate in this timescale we will inform you within the 14 days.

If the complainant is not satisfied with the company’s response you are entitled to take your complaint to any of the Membership bodies as follows.
